5. Neuroticism: People who score high on neuroticism tend to be anxious, sensitive, and easily stressed. They may struggle with managing their emotions and tend to experience negative feelings more intensely than others.


While everyone has some degree of each of these traits, people tend to fall on a continuum for each one. For example, someone who scores high on extraversion might be described as outgoing, talkative, and assertive, while someone who scores low on extraversion might be described as quiet, reserved, and introverted.

It can also help us better understand and communicate with others, recognizing and appreciating the unique qualities that make each person who they are.
